Yesterday students tried to draw and label as many organs of the body as they could.  Please see yesterday's blog for details.  Today we will begin learning the function of each system and then try to place organs within their correct system.
Below is the bellwork for today and the notes for the body systems.

Monday October 22

Today students worked in groups to try and draw as many organs within the body as they knew.  They had to draw the organ, label it and tell me what they think it does.  They were also to write questions they have about the body around the outline.  The focus was not on right or wrong but what prior knowledge they could bring to this unit.
