Geologic Time


Today we began a Geologic Time Scavenger Hunt. Students are using a website to work through how scientists have used evidence in rocks to create a picture of how life has changed throughout Earth's history. The link to the website is posted below as is the link to the worksheet.

Today we took our summative over the Rock Cycle.  After the summative students should use the time to create a cover page for our next unit Plate Tectonics.  Students should have the words "Plate Tectonics" written on the cover page along with pictures that show what they know or would like to know about the subject.  Below are the instructions and some examples.
